ENCIS organizes a series of Global Industry Forums that are today Industry's flagship multidisciplinary technical & networking events. Attracting a diverse and eclectic mix of the world's most eminent experts including Policy Makers, Industry CEO's, Regulators, Academia & Technology Providers, our forums facilitate the exchange of ideas and discussions on pertinent energy & climate related issues, while simultaneously meeting the strategic objectives of the industry, making them the most important events in these industries globally.
Founded in 2009 with a vision to align industry innovation with national priorities, ITEN has evolved into a trusted institution at the intersection of policy, trade, and sustainability - a Strategic Intelligence & Impact Institution advancing India’s pursuit of energy sovereignty, climate resilience, sustainability, and inclusive growth through policy insight, thought leadership, innovation, and transformative collaboration.
EnergDive will be India’s foremost energy leadership publication — a definitive voice for insight, foresight, and transformation in the nation’s energy and sustainability journey. Each edition will chronicle India’s decisive decade of energy transition through authentic narratives that unite policy, enterprise, and innovation. Through its depth, design, and discourse, EnergDive will emerge as a national knowledge platform — where leaders write the future, institutions document impact, and ideas ignite action.
Our primary focus is on high-risk sectors such as energy, manufacturing and construction, where the implementation of stringent HSE standards is critical for both human welfare and operational sustainability. Beyond ensuring mere compliance, the Council actively champions a proactive approach to HSE, recognising its pivotal role in national progress and industrial resilience. The Council works to establish and promote best practices, develop comprehensive guidelines and foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. We achieve this by facilitating knowledge exchange, conducting training programs and advocating for policies that enhance HSE performance.
The global energy system is being reshaped by the twin imperatives of growth and climate responsibility. The refining and petrochemical sector sits at the heart of this transformation-not as a passive responder to external pressures, but as an active architect of a low carbon, competitive future. This Outlook underscores that with decisive action today, India's downstream industry can emerge as the world's most resilient, efficient, and sustainable refining and petrochemical hub by 2030. The path forward requires a whole-of-system approach combining technology adoption, stable policy, collaborative infrastructure, and human capital development.
India’s energy journey is entering a new epoch — one defined not just by scale and self-reliance, but by ambition, innovation, and global stewardship. As the world’s fastest-growing major economy and home to 1.4 billion aspirations, India's energy narrative must evolve from merely meeting demand to leading the future. Through high-level keynotes, strategic dialogues, and focused sessions, this platform will unlock policy imperatives, investment directions, and collaborative pathways critical for India@2047 — where energy is not just a commodity, but a cornerstone of nation-building and diplomacy. This is not merely a conference. It is a national moment to accelerate India’s energy vision. Let this Dialogue spark the ideas, alliances, and resolve needed to power a cleaner, smarter, and more inclusive energy future.

The seventh edition of the International Process Safety Conference (INPSC) convenes at a pivotal moment—when India’s energy and process industries are not just responding to transformation, but are poised to lead it. As our sectors embrace decarbonization, digitization, and decentralization, one imperative stands immutable: Process safety is national capacity. It is not merely a compliance function—it is the bedrock of public trust, industrial competitiveness, and strategic continuity. From the refinery to the boardroom, from regulatory corridors to plant operators, the question before us is not whether we can prevent the next incident—but whether we are building systems that make them unthinkable.

Fire safety is no longer a reactive function—it is a cornerstone of national resilience, urban transformation, and sustainable development. As India moves decisively toward becoming a developed nation by 2047, the modernization and institutional strengthening of Fire Services must keep pace with the dynamic growth of our infrastructure, industries, and population. Over the past few years, the Government of India has made significant strides in streamlining policies, upgrading standards, and introducing the Model Fire Service Bill 2019, which aims to unify and empower fire services across states through comprehensive legislation. Yet, challenges remain. Wide variations in institutional capacity, fragmented compliance enforcement, lack of advanced training infrastructure, and emerging risks—from climate change-induced fire hazards to fires in high-density urban environments—demand a renewed national strategy.
